A NEW CHAPTER FOR TITAN HEALTH

NATALIA CASANOVAS
APPOINTED TITAN HEALTH CEO

As Titan Health enters 2026, we are proud to share an important leadership milestone that reflects our momentum, our operating discipline, and our long-term commitment to Better RCM.

Titan Health has appointed Natalia Casanovas as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2026. Natalia previously served as President and Chief Financial Officer and has been a driving force behind Titan Health’s operational strength, performance-driven delivery model, and future technology roadmap.

This transition represents continuity, not change in direction. It reinforces the principles that define Titan Health today: predictable performance, scalable execution, and operational consistency for hospitals and health systems navigating increasing financial and operational complexity.

Leadership Built for Execution at Scale

Over the past year, Natalia has led critical initiatives across Titan Health, including operational restructuring, organizational effectiveness improvements, and the early development of our next-generation, AI-enabled revenue cycle platform. Her leadership has helped strengthen the systems, teams, and processes that enable Titan Health to deliver measurable outcomes for clients.

Titan Health’s operating model is built on dedicated expert teams, streamlined workflows, real-time performance visibility, and industry-leading revenue enhancement and recovery capabilities. Together, these elements support faster resolution, higher recovery rates, and more predictable cash flow for hospitals and health systems nationwide.

“Natalia has demonstrated exceptional leadership at a pivotal time for Titan Health,” said Todd Hisey, Co-Founder and Board Member. “She has strengthened our execution model and helped define the next phase of our technology and service platform. Her appointment positions Titan Health to scale with discipline while continuing to deliver results our clients can rely on.”

Advancing Better RCM in 2026 and Beyond

As CEO, Natalia will focus on advancing Titan Health’s technology platform, deepening our performance-driven service model, strengthening company culture, and supporting clients as they face staffing pressures, payer complexity, and rising expectations for transparency and accountability.

“Healthcare organizations need stability, transparency, and results they can trust,” said Casanovas. “Titan Health is built to deliver exactly that. As we move into 2026, our focus is on execution at scale—combining expert teams, operational rigor, and intelligent technology to help hospitals and health systems improve financial performance while strengthening the patient experience.”

Looking Ahead

This leadership transition reflects Titan Health’s continued growth and our commitment to building a durable, execution-focused organization. As the healthcare landscape evolves, Titan Health remains focused on what matters most: delivering Better RCM through disciplined operations, trusted expertise, and technology designed to support real-world performance.

We are excited for what lies ahead and grateful to our clients and partners who continue to trust Titan Health as a long-term revenue cycle partner.
